I've always had a love hate relationship with exercise. When I'm really into it, in a good place and feeling fit, I love it, but once I fall off the bandwagon for a while you're more likely to find me stroking spiders than in the gym. At the end of I was in a slump — lots of work had meant I was grabbing food that was convenient and usually sugary , skipping gym classes in favour or late nights at my laptop and spending most of my weekends in front of Netflix. I just wanted to get back to a place where I felt strong, healthy and in control again.
